Our Services
Nutrition Education for All (NEFA) works to dismantle financial and systemic barriers to health by ensuring that children and families—regardless of income or background—have access to high-quality nutrition education and support. Through culturally responsive school programs, community outreach, nutrition education, and counseling services, we empower underserved communities to build healthier habits and reduce the long-term impact of diet-related chronic disease.
Nutrition Education
Evidence-based nutrition education for children, families, and adults, delivered through engaging lessons, food exploration, and practical take-home resources.
School & Community Programs
In-school programs such as our flagship, 10-week Healthy Start program, along with family, and community-based nutrition education events designed to support prevention, healthy habits, and longterm health.
Screening & Medicaid Nutrition Education (1115 Waiver)
Brief health-related social needs screening to identify eligibility for Medicaid-covered services including nutrition education. Our Registered Dietitians provide free nutrition counseling and resources for Medicaid members referred to us through the 1115 waiver.
